Our Staff
Bradley Dickerson
Founder and President
Bradley has ten years of experience in the landscape industry. Prior to founding BID, Bradley held the Technical Systems Supervisor position as well as several Project Management positions at a respected local landscape firm. While employed, he was responsible for the development and implementation of large scale irrigation and lighting systems. Since founding BID Landscape Associates in 2004, Bradley has been responsible for the design and management of over 4 million dollars in landscape projects. He has also been instrumental in the development of an industry specific software package capable of transferring a CAD design into a formal proposal. Bradley earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in fluid dynamics and system design from the University of Colorado in 2003.
Rebecca Dickerson
Senior VP, Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining BID, Rebecca was the Colorado Sales Account Manager for John Deere Landscapes. Along with several million dollars in annual sales, Rebecca was responsible for developing training programs for national sales and branch management levels. Rebecca's experience in national developmental sales provides a vast knowledge base for Bolder In Design to utilize while growing into new and existing markets across the country. She has a combined 15 year experience in water resource management, economic developement and local drought management policies in the state of Colorado. Rebecca graduated Summa Cum Laude in Economics from Colorado State University in 2003.
Steve Drake
Junior VP, Buisness Operations
Steve has ten years of management experience in the landscape industry. Prior to joining BID, Steve was employed as project supervisor for a respected landscape firm in Detroit, MI. During his employment, Steve was responsible for the management of both maintenance and larger scale landscape crews. His responsibilities also included purchasing, inventory and budgeting. Steve brings both a spirit and ability to exceed client expectations. With his education focused on Business Management from Western Michigan University, Steve provides a solid platform for future growth at Bolder In Design Landscape Associates.
Greg Mantey
Design Division Supervisor
Greg has twelve years of experience as a landscape designer and CAD draftsman. Prior to joining BID, Greg was Head Designer for a respected Denver area landscape firm. He holds an Associates in Solar Engineering from Red Rocks Community College and successfully completed the Master Gardener program at CSU.
John Clemmons
Build Division Supervisor
John Clemmons is the newest addition to the Bolder In Design team and brings with himself years of build specific landscape experience. John worked previously in the Boulder area as a Project Manager for a highly respected landscape company before traveling out of state for an extended time. John will return to Colorado in late April to begin his new position with Bolder In Design Landscape Associates.
